Lead Together is capped at six managers, so everyone gets heard. Each week, you'll share your challenges and wins. Each week, the group also focuses on one member's situation, so over the six weeks, you'll get your own dedicated session.
What's included
6 Γ 75-minute live group coaching sessions on Zoom (one per week)
1 Γ 55-minute private 1:1 coaching session, scheduled directly with Patricia
A dedicated session where the group focuses on your situation
A confidentiality agreement that you and every member commit to
Your cohort's private WhatsApp group, which stays open after the program ends, so the support doesn't stop at week 6. It's guided by the same confidentiality agreement as the group sessions.
Sessions meet weekly on Tuesdays or Thursdays. The final day and time are set by the cohort's preference before the program begins.

Patricia is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and founder of TGA Coaching, based in California. She has advised and coached executives and managers in large organizations and is the creator of the Manager Accelerator, a structured people management framework.
